Our Story

Fuudo was born out of a personal exploration of longevity practices and a deep interest in Japanese culture and its mindful approach to living well. We felt there was a gap in the market for a refined tea brand built on the connection between body and mind — and on timeless Japanese aesthetics. We wanted tea to become an act of care for ourselves. Our goal is to turn tea into your daily ritual — indulgent, elevated and "cool."

Mission

It is our core belief that caring for the mind and body is the foundation of a fulfilling life. Our goal is to assist others in approaching each day with a mindset of clarity, calmness and passion. By nurturing this state of alignment, we ultimately manifest as the best version of ourselves. The way we live our daily lives, the places we inhabit and the people we share them with - all shape our wellbeing. With this in mind, we aim to build a vibrant community where everyone feels inspired and lives good — nurturing ourselves, caring for our surroundings and cultivating meaningful connections.

At the heart of Fuudo lies – a nature. Rooted in the Japanese word Fuudo, our brand name means harmony between nature and people.

Our packaging is inspired by Japanese shoji screens, known for their square lattice design. 4 sides of the square embody 4 pillars - morning, midday, afternoon and evening. As time passes throughout the day - light and shadow continuously shift from moment to moment and that fleeting beauty requires a still mind to appreciate. This is the moments we wanted to capture as a way of conveying the experience of connecting with nature - not necessarily directly, but from a place of mental calmness.
